Monad Solutions have many years experience with the technical integration of OPA deployments. There are some problems that have come up regularly in project implementations, and Monad Solutions have written a number of tools to solve these problems. Some of these tools are listed below, and have been published as Open source downloads, so please download and use them if you think they would be useful.
The tools are publicly available from Bitbucket, which has a built-in issue tracker that can be used to report any bugs or request any additional features.
Kick start your Maven-enabled OPA development with Mavenizer – a set of utilities for using Apache Maven with Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) components. The ‘OPA-Runtime-Mavenizer’ helps the user ‘Mavenize’ the OPA Runtime Java Components, allowing them to be used as dependencies in Maven projects. Code available for download here.
Ease plug-in integration with OPA plug-in dispatcher – a simple framework for Oracle Policy Automation Java components that adapts the plugin framework to allow plugins to be created externally and injected in (rather than created by the framework). The primary purpose of this is to allow integration with dependency injection frameworks like Spring. Code available for download here.
There is a public Google group for discussion of the tools available here.
