Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, Monad may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. Monad may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Eclat, in order to determine what Monad services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Monad to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Automatically Collected Information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Eclat. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Monad website.

In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Eclat or click on a link therein.

Monad reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services available through this Site after such modifications will constitute your:

Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Accessibility Policy

Our company is fully committed to providing accessible ICTs that allow users with disabilities to access information and use our products in a way that delivers equal benefit. We aim to comply with all applicable laws and standards related to ICT accessibility including Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA, and EN 301 549 globally. This will enable full participation and inclusion of persons with disabilities.

The purpose of this policy is to integrate accessibility practices into our ICT infrastructure across the board – in our software development processes, quality assurance procedures, vendor partnerships, staff training principles, and user support systems. We will ensure disabled users are able to access and use our SaaS products as well as Oracle Cloud solutions we resell to the same competitive standard, ease and independence as other users.

This policy applies to all ICTs including public-facing websites, web applications, mobile applications, software systems and platforms developed in-house or procured from third-party providers like Oracle which we resell to customers.

The policy objectives are:

      To provide information access to disabled users of our ICTs in usable standard modes

      To allow functionality, operation and understanding of ICT interfaces with the help of assistive technologies

      To conform with all WCAG 2.1 AA-level criteria and Section 508 stipulations via technical compliance + usability testing

      To embed universal design principles into development processes right from conceptual stages

      To improve staff capacity on digital accessibility through rigorous and iterative training programs 

The CEO and leadership team will sponsor and govern this policy. 

The Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTO) will own policy implementation through corporate accountability distributed across:

     • Development & Engineering – Accountable for requirements analysis, design, coding and iteration aligned with various disability needs

      Quality Assurance – Accountable for accessibility testing and reporting throughout test life cycle

      Procurement – Accountable for vendor selection, onboarding, contracting and compliance processes

      Support – Accountable as first point of contact for user accessibility queries, troubleshooting and resolution

      Digital Marketing – Accountable for accessibility of websites, blogs and collateral

       Conduct code reviews, use dynamic testing tools to identify gaps

       Validate with assistive technologies – screen readers, magnifiers etc. throughout build
